Learn to use AI in Odoo
Useful use cases, protected data and human review: build a controlled working practice.
The aim is not to add AI everywhere, but to help your team with a specific task. Available features depend on your version, applications and connected services; check them before training.
A four-step approach
Choose a task and a success criterion
Start with drafting a reply, summarising information or assisting qualification. Measure time saved and corrections required, not just the number of texts produced.
Set data boundaries
Define what data can be used, by whom and with which provider. Never transmit API keys, personal or confidential data without permission and an appropriate framework.
Practise on a copy
Use fictional or anonymised examples. Practise writing requests, checking answers and handling errors. No real actions or automatic messages during exercises.
Keep people in control
Generated output needs review. Define checks before publishing, invoicing or writing to Odoo; assess use cases with the team before expanding them.
Questions and practical answers
Can AI act alone in Odoo?
Automation needs limited permissions, safeguards and risk-appropriate approval. Training does not imply autonomous production writes.
Do I need to be a developer?
Not to learn use cases and checks. Building integrations or agents requires separate technical support.
Turn your reading into a project
Bring an example of a repetitive task without sensitive data. We can define the objectives and level of your Odoo training.
